This Політика конфіденційності describes how QSOLUSHNS LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”), a legal entity registered and operating under the laws of Ukraine with its registered office at Solomenska St., 3, Kyiv 03680, processes personal data of visitors to https://qsolutions.systems (the “Site”). The Company acts as the controller of personal data within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI dated 1 June 2010, as amended. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. We process personal data only on a lawful basis and only for the purposes explicitly stated below. The administration of the Site treats the personal data of all visitors with the highest respect and confidentiality, and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through the Site’s contact forms, registration forms, callback request forms, or by directly communicating with us via email or phone. The categories of personal data we may collect include: full name, company name, phone number, email address, position, and any other information you choose to share with us in the body of your message. In addition, we may automatically collect non-personal technical data such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on the Site, through cookies and similar tracking technologies, provided that your browser settings permit such collection. Personal data is processed by automated and non-automated means in databases maintained by the Company. We do not collect personal data without lawful grounds and never collect special categories of personal data (such as data concerning health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or political views) unless explicitly authorized by you in writing and required by law.

Purposes of Personal Data Collection and Processing

We process personal data to respond to your inquiries, fulfil requests for product demonstrations, deliver services, send commercial offers and informational materials, perform contractual obligations, manage business relationships, ensure the security of the Site, and comply with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

Personal Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as otherwise required by Ukrainian law. Upon withdrawal of consent or upon your written request, your personal data will be deleted from our active databases within thirty (30) calendar days, unless retention is mandated by applicable law (for example, for tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and ongoing staff training. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is one-hundred-percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data: (1) to know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purposes of processing, and the location of the controller; (2) to receive information about the conditions of granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom your data is transferred; (3) to access your personal data; (4) to receive an answer to whether your personal data is being processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request; (5) to submit a substantiated request with objection to the processing of personal data by state authorities and local self-government bodies in carrying out their statutory powers; (6) to submit a substantiated request to amend or destroy personal data by any owner or controller if the data is processed unlawfully or is unreliable; (7) to protect personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage; (8) to file complaints regarding the processing of personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court; (9) to apply legal remedies in the event of a violation of personal-data legislation; (10) to make reservations limiting the right to process personal data when granting consent; (11) to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time; (12) to know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data; (13) to be protected against automated decision-making that has legal consequences. Changes to This Policy

This Політика конфіденційності may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other operational factors. The current version of the Policy is always available on the Site and applies from the date of publication. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Site at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
