Warranty and equipment registration

Warranty for equipment manufactured by QSOLUTIONS PRO LLC is provided electronically. Register your purchased equipment and check the warranty status by serial number.

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.

Electronic certificate

The warranty certificate is sent as a PDF after the equipment is registered.

In-house service

Servicing is carried out by the manufacturer’s own service team across Ukraine.

How the electronic warranty works

  1. The owner registers the purchased equipment using the form below.
  2. The serial number is verified against the manufacturer’s database.
  3. Within one business day an electronic warranty certificate in PDF format is sent to the specified email address, stating the model, serial number and the start and end dates of the warranty period.
  4. Warranty information can be checked by serial number throughout the entire warranty period.
