Qinform PRO
Qinform is the QSolutions software platform for interactive information and memorial systems. It works as two connected environments: Qinform Studio, where the customer prepares and manages content, and Qinform PRO, the visitor software that runs on the terminal. They share the same content structure and interface logic, but are built for different jobs — authoring at a workstation, exploring at the terminal.

Qinform Studio
Qinform Studio is the workspace for preparing and publishing the memorial system’s content.
The customer manages the exhibition structure, person records, documents, menus and media — and can prepare, review and publish changes to the terminal without involving the developer for every update.

From preparing materials to publishing on the terminal
An interface that adapts to the visitor
Accessibility here is not a separate “version for people with disabilities” — it is the same screen, adapting to the visitor. Turning on a mode changes how the interface looks and behaves, while the material itself and the way it is navigated stay familiar.
The comfortable reach zone is calculated from how high the screen is actually mounted, rather than fixed in advance. Material to read sits higher up, while everything the visitor taps — search, index, navigation, language and accessibility — stays lower, within reach.
Runs offline
From editor to visitor, in one environment
The editor prepares the material in Qinform Studio, and Qinform PRO plays the published exhibition on the terminal. From preparation to viewing, it is one connected chain.
The editor works in Qinform Studio. The visitor sees only the published version on the terminal.

Hardware built for everyday operation
QSolutions terminals are built for constant operation in public spaces and outdoors. The display, touch sensor, computing module, enclosure, power, thermal management, connectivity and service access are engineered as one solution, and the main components are serviced from the rear service section — without taking the terminal off its mount.
The platform is built in two enclosure configurations — Standard, reinforced and with room for an optional air-conditioner, and Slim, a reduced-depth profile with passive cooling. Both are detailed below.
Standard
Standard is the reinforced enclosure — about 240 mm deep — with more internal volume and room to install an air-conditioner. It includes a heater and, where needed, optional active cooling, behind tempered protective glass, and is rated for outdoor installation across a wide temperature range. The figures below are for the documented 65″ configuration.
Choose Standard when the site needs more internal volume or the option to install an air-conditioner for tougher operating conditions.







All the hardware photographs are real shots from production and acceptance, cropped and in black and white. We don’t show any third-party ads that happened to be on the factory’s demo screens.
Slim
Slim is the narrow-profile enclosure — about 115 mm deep — for settings where the terminal should take up as little visual depth as possible and integrate cleanly into the space. It keeps a full outdoor-grade build: a 4K UHD screen, IP66 protection and passive cooling with a heater. The figures below are for the documented 65″ configuration.
Choose Slim when a shallow profile and a neat appearance in the space matter, and passive cooling suits the installation.










Inside the Slim enclosure
With the display removed, the load-bearing structure is visible: a welded steel frame that carries the screen, with full-height ventilation channels on both sides. The lower section is a closed compartment for the computing and power hardware.

Floor base or VESA support
Slim supports two mounting approaches: a floor-standing support base for standalone installation, or a vertical VESA support when the terminal sits in line with other exhibition equipment. The enclosure is welded from steel sections that already include the ventilation panels and mounting points.



Which enclosure configuration to choose
Standard and Slim are two enclosure configurations of the same hardware-and-software platform. The choice depends on the site — the enclosure depth you can allow and the climate system it needs. The diagonal is selected separately, and the software and visitor experience are identical.
A shallow-depth enclosure for spaces where compactness and a neat fit matter. Cooling is passive, with heating; there is no provision for an air-conditioner.
A deeper enclosure with more internal volume and room to install an air-conditioner. The build allows easy access to the internal assemblies for servicing.

Choose Slim when a shallow enclosure is the priority. Choose Standard when you need more internal volume or the option to install an air-conditioner.
The exact diagonal, enclosure, protection rating, interfaces and computing platform are defined for each project.
One platform, from compact to large-format terminals
The diagonal is chosen for the space and the scenario. The platform scales from compact formats around 22″ up to large formats of about 75″, with intermediate sizes defined per project. The enclosure configuration — Standard or Slim — is chosen separately, and the 65″ configuration documented in detail above is the reference example.
How the terminal is built inside
Inside a 65″ Standard terminal, with the service doors open. The computing module, power, climate system and connectivity sit in defined zones and are reached from the rear service section — the terminal is maintained without taking it off its mount.



The photos show a Standard configuration with an air-conditioner installed, plus heating. Slim uses a different approach — passive cooling with heating, and no air-conditioner. The exact set of assemblies is defined in the project specification.




A memorial is one way to use the platform
Qinform PRO is a shared software foundation. The same platform can power a museum exhibition, a community archive or an institution’s information point — the structure, sections and content change for each project, not the software itself.
From concept to launch on site
QSolutions designs the solution for the site, configures and builds the terminal, prepares it for launch, installs it on site and supports it afterwards.
Up to launch, delivery is on QSolutions. After launch, the customer manages the day-to-day content independently in Qinform Studio.
