Professional LG displays in Oschadbank branches
Since 2018, QSolutions has supplied Oschadbank with electronic queue systems, and since 2024 — professional LG displays for the branch network.
LG panels paired with the electronic queue — not only in the banking sector
QSolutions LLC also supplies professional LG panels as part of electronic queue systems to public-sector clients. Following the open procurement UA-2025-06-09-009054-a (client — the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Poltava Region), a hardware-and-software electronic queue registration system with professional LG 43UH5Q and 55UH5Q panels was delivered. The equipment is in operation.
The panels operated together with our software: the QSolutions PRO electronic queue system is compatible (integrated) with LG SuperSign, so the queue status is shown directly on the LG panels alongside the client’s information content.
For this procurement, LG Electronics issued authorisation letters ref. No. LG-250620-01 of 20.06.2025 and No. LG-250627-02 of 27.06.2025, and an information letter No. LG-250627-1 of 27.06.2025.
Supply of professional LG displays
Oschadbank uses professional LG displays in its branches for customer information, product offers and showing queue status. Since 2024, QSolutions LLC has been the supplier of this hardware for the bank’s institutions.

A professional panel is built for round-the-clock operation without switching off; a consumer television is not, and the manufacturer states this directly in the warranty terms.

What pairing the panel with the queue system gives
Our QSolutions PRO software is compatible (integrated) with LG SuperSign: the electronic queue server interacts with the SuperSign server that manages the panels. As a result, a single panel in the branch performs two functions at once — it shows the bank’s advertising and information content and displays queue status: ticket numbers, calls, workstation names.
The integration is done at the software level of both systems and works with panels running webOS Signage.

Electronic queue at Oschadbank since 2018
The partnership with Oschadbank began in 2018 with an electronic queue: the first deployment in a branch in Zhytomyr Region, then the regional directorates in Lviv (9 Valova St.) and Zhytomyr (3 I. Franka St.) won through open tenders. The systems installed then still work and are serviced today.
Solution components: visitor registration kiosk, operator displays, main video display, centralised queue management server.

Maintenance
Since 2026, a separate contract is in effect for maintenance of the queue management system across the branch network: diagnostics, software updates, component replacement, staff consultations.
