In October 2025, the Pension Fund of Ukraine announced a series of tenders for self-service registration terminals to be deployed across regional branches nationwide — rolling out a unified electronic queue management system that replaces traditional paper-based queueing and delivers a transparent, predictable visitor experience.
QSolutions LLC won 18 tender procedures on the Prozorro public-procurement platform and fulfilled deliveries between November 2025 and March 2026. The team produced the manufacturing documentation, built the terminal enclosures, configured the main display panels, performed assembly and electrical wiring, and installed the queue management software — at lead times well below industry standard for orders of this scale.
