Citywide Electronic Queue System for the Dnipro Network of Administrative Service Centers (CNAP)
QSolutions LLC has deployed a unified electronic queue management system across all branches of the Dnipro municipal network of administrative service centers (TsNAPs / ЦНАП). The deployment covers 10 city branches across Dnipro, with online pre-registration via a dedicated portal at dniprorada.qsolutions.com.ua, 43-inch main queue displays in every service hall, and accessible QS19 touch registration terminals — including units designed for visitors with reduced mobility.

Unified Queue Platform for the Dnipro CNAP Network
Ukraine’s regional administrative service companies (formerly known as CNAP — Regional Gas Company, now consolidated under the unified DNIPRO CNAP NETWORK brand) serve millions of residential and commercial customers through a network of customer service centers (Branches) across 18+ regions of Ukraine.
QSolutions LLC was selected as the supplier of the electronic queue management system across the entire municipal CNAP network. All ten city branches now operate on the same QSolutions platform — with a single online pre-registration portal at dniprorada.qsolutions.com.ua allowing residents to book their visit in advance.
Each branch is equipped with a 43-inch wall-mounted main display in the service hall and at least one QS19 touchscreen registration terminal — including inclusive units adapted for wheelchair users and visitors with reduced mobility.
Online Pre-Registration
Citizens book their visit online via a dedicated portal at dniprorada.qsolutions.com.ua, choosing the branch, service category and time slot before leaving home.
43″ Main Displays
Wall-mounted 43-inch queue panels in every service hall show the active ticket and counter assignment in real time, with clear call-outs for visitors entering the room.
Inclusive Hardware
Touch registration kiosks deployed at every branch, including units adapted for wheelchair users, visitors with reduced mobility and low-vision citizens.
Citywide Network
Ten CNAP branches across the city share a single queue management platform — giving Dnipro City Council unified statistics, reporting and remote administration.

What’s Installed at a Typical CSC
QS19 Touch Registration Terminal
Floor-standing self-service kiosk with a touchscreen and built-in ticket printer. The registration menu is tailored to the CNAP service catalogue — covering social benefits, civil registration, construction and architecture, archives, the “I am a Veteran” programme and document collection. Inclusive units are installed for visitors with reduced mobility.
43″ Main Display Panels
43-inch wall-mounted displays in the service hall. They show the table of active queue numbers, counter assignments, the current time and city-branded informational messages from Dnipro City Council.
Online Pre-Registration Portal
A web platform at dniprorada.qsolutions.com.ua where residents can book a visit to any branch from home. Citizens select branch, service category, date and time — the system issues a confirmed slot, integrating directly with the on-site queue management.
Centralized QSolutions PRO QMS
Server-side software with a web-based admin panel. Centralized management of all ten Dnipro CNAP branches, unified statistics and reporting across the network, and a REST API for integration with Dnipro City Council’s information systems.
The Visitor Journey at a Dnipro CNAP

- Registration. The visitor either books their slot online at dniprorada.qsolutions.com.ua before arriving, or approaches the QS19 touch kiosk in the CNAP lobby and selects the required service category (social benefits, civil registration, construction, archives, “I am a Veteran”, etc.).
- Ticket issuance. The kiosk prints a ticket with the queue number, branch identifier, instructions and the selected service category. Pre-booked visitors enter their confirmation code and receive a ticket placing them in the active queue.
- Waiting. The visitor tracks their place in the queue on the 43-inch main display in the service hall, alongside the live status of all counters in the branch.
- Calling. When their turn arrives, the display shows the message “Dear visitor with ticket № N — please proceed to counter № X”, while a voice announcement is played simultaneously.
- Service. The visitor approaches the assigned counter — where a counter indicator displays their ticket number — and is served by the CNAP administrator. The operator closes the request in the system, and operator-level, branch-level and citywide statistics flow automatically into Dnipro City Council’s centralized reporting.
