End-to-End Electronic Queue System for the Newly Built Drohobych Diia.Center
When the newly built Diia.Center “Document-Service Drohobych” officially opened on Boryslávska Street on 5 January 2022, QSolutions PRO LLC delivered the complete electronic queue infrastructure for its 27 service counters: a floor-standing registration terminal, 5 QS43 main queue displays and 27 RGB Matrix PRO LED counter indicators — fully integrated as part of the building’s “Transparent Office” standard.

Equipping the third Diia.Center in Lviv Region
The Diia.Center “Document-Service Drohobych” at vul. Borýslavska in Drohobych is a two-storey, purpose-built administrative service centre completed under the President of Ukraine’s nationwide “Velyke Budivnytstvo” (Big Construction) programme. With a total budget of more than UAH 33 million in combined state, regional and local funding, it is the largest public-services building constructed in Drohobych since Ukraine’s independence.
QSolutions PRO LLC was selected to design and deliver the entire electronic queue management system for the centre. The brief covered every public-facing service zone on both floors of the building — reception, ground-floor front-office, secondary service hall and individual operator workstations — with all hardware integrated into the centre’s overall “Transparent Office” and accessibility specification.
The centre opened to the public on 5 January 2022, with more than 30 employees providing access to over 410 administrative services for residents of the Drohobych district.
Two-Floor Diia.Center
Purpose-built two-storey facility with reception, waiting hall with children’s area, ground-floor front-office and a secondary service zone — each with its own dedicated queue display infrastructure.
Big Construction Programme
The third Diia.Center built in Lviv Region under the “Velyke Budivnytstvo” national programme — after Boryslav and Horodok — and the largest of the three.
“Transparent Office” Standard
Designed end-to-end to meet Ukraine’s “Prozoryi Ofis” transparent-office standards for administrative service centres, with open layouts, clear sight-lines and standardised workstation infrastructure.
Fully Inclusive Layout
Every public zone is wheelchair-accessible, with the reception kiosk, waiting hall and counter desks positioned to accommodate visitors with limited mobility, hearing or sight.
What was deployed across the centre
1 × Registration Terminal
Floor-standing self-service registration kiosk in the main reception area. Visitors choose the service category they need on the touch screen and receive a printed paper ticket placing them in the correct queue.
5 × QS43 Main Displays
Five 43-inch wall-mounted main queue displays placed at high-visibility points (reception, both service halls and waiting areas) that show the current ticket being called and the counter assignment in real time.
27 × RGB Matrix PRO Indicators
Twenty-seven LED counter indicators — one suspended above each operator workstation — display the counter number and the active ticket. Bright RGB matrix panels are clearly readable from anywhere in the service hall.
Centralised Queue Management
All hardware is wired into a single QSolutions queue-management server, giving the centre’s administrators live dashboards, audio call-outs and reporting on wait times, service times and staff load across all 27 counters.
