Branch-Wide Electronic Queue Deployment Across the Morrichservice Maritime Service Centers
QSolutions LLC has deployed a unified electronic queue management system across the entire branch network of DP Morrichservice — the state-owned Maritime and River Transport Service Center founded in 2018 to provide modern, comprehensive services for Ukrainian seafarers. The deployment covers every service center in the network, with 43″ main displays in every service hall, QS LedMatrix Pro counter indicators above each operator workstation, and touch registration kiosks tailored to maritime certification and document workflows.

Unified Queue Platform for the Morrichservice Branch Network
DP Morrichservice (Sea and River Service Center) is a state enterprise of the Maritime Administration of Ukraine, founded in 2018 to deliver modern, comprehensive services to Ukrainian seafarers — including State Qualification Commission examinations, Small-Vessel Qualification Commission services, document submission, document pickup and a wide range of related maritime services across its branch network.
QSolutions LLC was selected as the supplier of the electronic queue management system across the entire Morrichservice branch network. All service centers now operate on the same QSolutions platform — with 43″ main display panels in every hall, QS LedMatrix Pro counter indicators above each workstation, and touch registration kiosks tailored to the specific catalog of maritime services.
The QSolutions electronic queue platform has been rolled out across every Morrichservice service center. All branches are equipped with the same standardized hardware — 43″ main display panels, QS LedMatrix Pro counter indicators and touch registration kiosks — giving seafarers a consistent, modern service experience regardless of which center they visit.

The Visitor Journey at a Morrichservice Service Center

- Registration. The seafarer approaches the QSolutions touch registration kiosk in the Morrichservice lobby and selects the required service category — State Qualification Commission, Small-Vessels Qualification Commission, Documents Submission, Documents Pickup or Other Services.
- Ticket issuance. The kiosk prints a ticket with the queue number, branch identifier, instructions and the selected maritime service category, placing the seafarer in the active queue for the appropriate service desk.
- Waiting. The seafarer tracks their place in the queue on the 43-inch main display in the service hall, which shows the live status of all active counters and tickets currently being served.
- Calling. When their turn arrives, the display shows the message “Dear visitor with ticket № N — please proceed to counter № X”, while a voice announcement is played simultaneously.
- Service. The seafarer approaches the assigned counter and is served by the Morrichservice operator. The operator closes the request in the system, and operator-level, branch-level and network-wide statistics flow automatically into the Morrichservice central reporting.
