Centralized Electronic Queue Network for Regional Gas Distribution Customer Service Centers — From RGK to Gazmerezhi
QSolutions PRO LLC designed, deployed, centralized and continues to develop the electronic queue management system across a network of 100+ customer service centers of Ukraine’s regional gas distribution companies. The system originally operated under the brands of individual regional gas companies in the RGK group — Vinnytsiagaz, Zhytomyrgaz, Volyngaz, Dniprogaz, Kyivoblgaz, Lvivgaz and others — and now continues to operate under the unified coordination of GAZMEREZHI.

Centralized Electronic Queue System for the Entire Gas Distribution Network
Ukraine’s regional gas distribution companies (formerly known as RGK — Regional Gas Company, now consolidated under the unified GAZMEREZHI brand) serve millions of residential and commercial customers through a network of customer service centers (CSCs) across 18+ regions of Ukraine.
QSolutions PRO LLC served as the sole supplier of the electronic queue management system for the entire network: initially under the individual regional brands (Vinnytsiagaz, Zhytomyrgaz, Volyngaz, Dniprogaz, Kyivoblgaz, Lvivgaz and others). Following the rebranding and restructuring of the industry — under the unified coordination of Gazmerezhi.
The system evolved from point installations in individual CSCs to a unified nationwide platform with centralized administration under the Gazmerezhi brand.
Nationwide Coverage
Over 100 customer service centers in 18+ regions of Ukraine — from Lviv and Uzhhorod to Kharkiv, Sumy and Zaporizhzhia.
Centralized Architecture
A single admin panel and centralized management of the entire CSC network — unified statistics and reporting across all locations.
Multi-Year Partnership
Continuous support, feature development and system scaling since the initial deployment. Operational continuity through all industry rebrandings.
Brand-Agnostic Solution
The same reliable platform under different customer brands — from RGK to Gazmerezhi. Flexible interface customization for each company’s corporate style.
One Platform — Dozens of Regional Brands
The system has been through several generations of customer branding: from individual regional gas companies under the RGK brand (orange-and-white corporate colors, the “RGK Customer Service Center” logo) to the modern unified branding under 104.ua / Gazmerezhi. Regardless of the brand, it is the same QSolutions technology platform that has scaled together with the customer.

What’s Installed at a Typical CSC
Touch Registration Terminal
Floor-standing or wall-mounted kiosk with a touchscreen and built-in ticket printer. The registration menu is tailored to the gas sector: “Residential customers”, “Commercial customers”, “Meter reading submission”, “Receipt printing”, “Connection request”, “Consultation queries”.
Main Display Panels (43″)
43″ wall-mounted displays in the service hall. They show the table of active queue numbers and counters, the current time, and custom promotional and informational messages.
Counter LED Indicators
Desk-mounted or ceiling-suspended LED indicators at each workstation for visual counter identification. Earlier deployments use traditional 7-segment digital indicators; newer installations use full-color RGB matrix panels capable of displaying the operator’s name and other data.
Queue Management Software (QSolutions PRO)
Server-side software with a web-based admin panel. Centralized management of the CSC network, unified statistics and reporting across all locations, and a REST API for integration with the customer’s ERP and CRM systems.
The Subscriber Journey at a Gas Distribution CSC

- Registration. The customer approaches the touch kiosk in the CSC lobby and selects the required service type (meter readings, payments, commercial customer enquiries, applications, consultations, etc.).
- Ticket issuance. The kiosk prints a ticket with the queue number, instructions and the selected service type.
- Waiting. The customer tracks their place in the queue on the main display in the service hall.
- Calling. When their turn arrives, the display shows the message “Dear visitor with ticket № N — please proceed to counter № X”, while a voice announcement is played simultaneously.
- Service. The customer approaches the assigned counter, where the LED indicator displays their number. The operator closes the request in the system — operator-level and CSC-level statistics flow automatically into centralized reporting.
