Live · City rollout View caseHow we manufacture our terminals
From a CAD sketch to a finished kiosk — every step is done in-house, with no third-party subcontractors or middlemen.
CAD design
QSolutions engineers model every device in 3D CAD — the cabinet, component seating, mounting brackets, service-access hinges. We design for vandal resistance, thermal performance and serviceability.

Customer-specific 3D render
Before production starts we prepare a photorealistic render in the customer's brand colours and logo. The client sees the final kiosk appearance before a single panel is cut.

Engineering documentation
For every model we prepare a full drawing set: assembly map, detailed component sheet, electrical schematics and service-connector diagrams. The documentation is handed off to the production floor for laser cutting and metal bending.

Cabinet production
Cabinets are made from vandal-resistant steel at our own facility in Ukraine — laser cutting, bending, welding, paint finishing in brand colours. The photo shows a batch of QS17 cabinets ready for assembly.

Assembly and final commissioning
We install the touch panel, controller, power supply and peripherals, then perform initial software setup. We run integration tests against the queue server, verify every port and put the unit through outgoing quality control.

Branded finish with backlighting
On request we add branded finishing — a backlit emblem, laser-cut logo and brand-coloured cabinet. The illumination makes the kiosk a clearly visible brand asset in the service hall.

On-site service and support
Every terminal is designed so a technician can quickly open the service bay and reach the controller, power supply and wiring right at the installation site. Spare parts are stocked in Ukraine — hardware replacement takes hours, not weeks of waiting.

Packaging and shipping
Every terminal is wrapped in protective packaging. Protection from shocks, moisture and scratches during logistics. We ship with our own transport or via a courier service to the customer's location anywhere in Ukraine.
Manufacturer vs reseller — what changes for you
Why public-sector buyers choose in-house manufacturing for long-term service infrastructure.
- Repackaged hardware from third-party brands
- Limited customization for tender requirements
- Software integration via third-party partners
- Replacement parts dependent on global supply chains
- Multi-vendor SLA with shared accountability
- Lead time 8-16 weeks for non-stock configurations
- Designed and assembled in Kyiv since 2013
- Cabinet, software and integrations built to tender spec
- Software and hardware engineered in-house — no middlemen
- Spare parts stocked in Ukraine, repairs done on-site
- Single SLA from a single vendor
- Standard lead time — 3–4 weeks
Run a small pilot before tendering
Deploy 2–3 kiosks at a single site, run them under normal service conditions for 2 weeks — and decide on a full rollout based on real-world data, not vendor promises.
Integration with your existing infrastructure
Documented REST & SOAP APIs. No vendor lock-in. Deploy QSolutions kiosks in your existing service centre without rebuilding internal systems.
